Who we are

HER Pricing System is run by Monarca Creative LLC, which does business as Her New Era. In these terms, “we” and “us” mean Monarca Creative LLC. “You” means the person who bought or uses the system.

What HER Pricing System is

Her Pricing System is an educational pricing and planning tool. It provides estimates based on the information you enter. It does not guarantee income, profit, bookings, or business success.

Her Pricing System does not provide personalized financial, tax, accounting, or legal advice. The information provided is for educational and planning purposes only. Consider speaking with a qualified professional before making major financial decisions.

How you may use it

• One purchase is for one beauty pro. Your plan carries your name and your business name.
• You may use the system and your Pricing Plan for your own business.
• You may share your Pricing Plan with people who help you, like your accountant, tax professional or partner.
• Do not share your account with another beauty pro, resell it, or copy the system to make your own version.
• Do not try to get into someone else’s account, or try to break, overload or get around how the site works.

Your account and signing in

Your account is the email you used to pay. There is no password. To sign in, we email you a 6-digit code. Each code works once, for 15 minutes. After you sign in, you stay signed in on that device for up to 90 days, unless you sign out.

Anyone who can open your email can sign in to your plan. Keep your email account safe, and tell us right away at hello@hernewera.co if you think someone else got in.

Your name and business name lock the first time you save them. To change them, email us.

Payment

HER Pricing System is a one-time payment. The price you pay is the price shown at checkout. Stripe, our payment company, handles your payment. We never see or store your full card number.

All sales are final. If something isn’t working for you, email hello@hernewera.co and we’ll help. If we do give you a refund, your access to the system ends when the refund goes through.

Your information

The numbers you enter are yours. We use them only to run the system for you. Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect, who can see it, and how to delete it. You can delete your account and data any time from your Pricing Plan page.

Our content

The system belongs to us. That includes its questions, steps, formulas, wording, design and the layout of the Pricing Plan. Buying it gives you a personal right to use it for your own business. It does not give you ownership of the system or the right to copy it.

The client message the system writes for you is yours to send to your clients.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for entering accurate information, reviewing your results, and deciding which prices are appropriate for your business.

Limits of what we promise

We work to keep the system accurate and running. We can’t promise it will always be available or free of mistakes. The system does not guarantee income, profit, bookings or business success.

Ending access

You can delete your account any time. We may end access for someone who breaks these terms, for example by sharing or reselling their account.

If you have a problem

Email us first at hello@hernewera.co. Tell us what happened and what you would like us to do. We will try to fix it with you.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we will post the new version here and change the date at the top.
