HER Pricing System
Privacy Policy
Last updated November 3, 2026
HER Pricing System asks for real numbers about your life and your business. This page explains what we collect, where it is kept, who can see it, and how to delete it.
The short version
- We collect what you enter so we can build your Pricing Plan and save it for you.
- We do not sell your information. We do not share your financial answers with advertisers.
- Your plan is never shown in public. Only you can open it after you sign in.
- You can delete your account and your answers any time.
What we collect
When you buy. Your email, the amount you paid, which price you got, the date, and the ID numbers Stripe gives your payment. Stripe collects your card details on its own checkout page. We never see or store your full card number.
When you use the system. Your name, your business name, and every answer you enter. This includes your monthly living costs, how much of them you share with a partner, your tax rate estimate, the kind of beauty work you do, your business costs, the tools you own and what they cost to replace, your savings and growth goals, maternity leave plans if you add them, your schedule and days off, and your services with their times, product costs, current prices and how many you do.
When you sign in. Your email and a scrambled copy of each sign-in code. We never store the code itself. We also keep when each code was made, when it expires, how many times someone tried it, and when it was used.
A record of activity. We keep a short log of things like codes sent, sign-ins, plans emailed and emails that failed. It helps us fix problems and spot misuse. Some entries include your name and business name.
A sign-in cookie. One small file in your browser keeps you signed in for up to 90 days. It only says who you are. It is not used for ads.
Visits to the site. Our host, Vercel, counts page visits and measures how fast pages load. Like most websites, it also records basic technical details when you visit, such as your IP address and browser.
The free training. If you sign up for the free training, we collect your first name and email. If you book a call with Joanna, Cal.com collects what you enter on its booking form.
How we use it
- To build, save and show your Pricing Plan.
- To email you sign-in codes, a welcome email, and your Pricing Plan as a PDF.
- To check that your purchase is paid each time you use the system.
- To keep payment records and handle refunds.
- To find and fix problems. When something fails, our system emails us so we can help you.
- To send you emails from Her New Era. You can unsubscribe from any of them.
When you buy, the system adds your email to our list of HER Pricing System buyers in Flodesk, our email service. If you sign up for the free training, your first name and email go to Flodesk too.
What we don’t do
- We don’t sell your information.
- We don’t share your financial answers with advertisers.
- We don’t show your plan or your numbers in public.
- We don’t store your full card number.
Where it is kept and who can see it
We use these companies to run the system. Each one only gets what it needs to do its job.
- Supabase keeps our database. It holds your account, your answers, your sign-in codes and the activity log.
- Stripe takes your payment and keeps its own payment records.
- Resend sends our emails. Your sign-in codes, your welcome email and your Pricing Plan PDF pass through Resend.
- Flodesk holds our email list.
- Vercel hosts the website and runs our server.
- Cal.com runs bookings, only if you book a call.
The database is locked so the public part of the website can’t read it. Only our server can, and it only shows you your own plan after you sign in. Joanna and Hugo, who run Her New Era, can look at account information when they need to help you or fix a problem.
How we protect it
- Every page and request uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS).
- There are no passwords to steal. Sign-in codes expire in 15 minutes, work once, and only allow a few tries.
- We only keep a scrambled copy of each code.
- Each time you load or save your plan, our server checks who you are and only gives you your own plan.
- Our secret keys stay on our server. They are never sent to your browser.
No website can promise perfect security. If we learn that your information was exposed, we will tell you.
How long we keep it
We keep your plan, your answers, your sign-in codes and your activity log until you delete your account. We keep your purchase record after that, because it is our record of the payment.
Deleting your account
Sign in, open your Pricing Plan, and choose Delete my account and data at the bottom of the page. We ask you to confirm first. Once you confirm, we delete:
- Your plan, including your name, your business name and every answer
- Your sign-in codes
- Your activity log
Then we sign you out. This can’t be undone.
What we keep. Your purchase record: your email, the date, the amount and the Stripe payment ID. We need it for our payment and tax records, and for refunds or payment disputes. Because the purchase stays, you can sign in again later and start a new plan. Stripe also keeps its own payment records.
What deleting does not reach. Emails we already sent you stay in your inbox, and our email company may keep a copy for a while. Deleting your account does not take you off our email list. To leave it, click unsubscribe in any of our emails, or email us.
You can also email hello@hernewera.co and ask us to delete your account, remove your purchase record if the law allows it, or take you off our email list.
Your choices
Email hello@hernewera.co if you want a copy of the information we have about you, or want us to fix something that is wrong.
Children
HER Pricing System is made for adults who run their own beauty business. It is not meant for children.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will post the new version here and change the date at the top.
