Your Pricing Plan is built only from the numbers you enter. This page explains what your results can and can't tell you. You will see the same notes next to your numbers inside the system.
What the system is
Her Pricing System is an educational pricing and planning tool. It provides estimates based on the information you enter. It does not guarantee income, profit, bookings, or business success.

Her Pricing System does not provide personalized financial, tax, accounting, or legal advice. The information provided is for educational and planning purposes only. Consider speaking with a qualified professional before making major financial decisions.
Your tax rate
Your tax rate is an estimate. Actual taxes depend on your income, deductions, location, and business structure. Check with a qualified tax professional for guidance.
Retirement savings
You entered retirement savings. Some retirement accounts lower the taxes you owe, and this plan does not count that. Your real tax bill may be different, so ask your tax professional.
Your prices
Your recommended prices are estimates based on your expenses, schedule, and financial goals. They do not guarantee that clients will book at these prices or that your business will reach its income goals.
Your growth goal
Your growth goal is a target, not guaranteed profit. Actual results depend on your bookings, expenses, taxes, and business performance.
Your client hours
Your pricing is based on the client hours you plan to sell. If you book fewer hours, your actual income may be lower.
Card processing fees
Processing fees vary by provider, payment method, and transaction. Check your provider's current rates. Any separate fee charged to clients must follow applicable laws and payment network rules.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for entering accurate information, reviewing your results, and deciding which prices are appropriate for your business.
We don’t check your numbers
The system does the math on what you enter. It does not look at your bank account, your receipts or your tax returns, so it can’t tell if a number is wrong. Recommended prices are rounded up to the nearest $5.
